Jephthah's Daughter Coming to Meet Her Father

And Jephthah vowed...whatsover cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace...shall surely be the Lord's, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering...And, behold, his daughter came out...and she was his only child.-Judges 11:30, 31, 34

The Daughters of Israel Lamenting the Daughter of Jephthah

Let this thing be done for me: let me alone two months, that I may go up and down upon the mountains, and bewail my virginity...And...she returned unto her father, who did with her according to his vow...And...the daughters of Israel went yearly to lament the daughter of Jephthah...four days in a year. -Judges11:37,39, 40

Jesus Scourged

Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him. -John 19:1
